Yani Feng is a Chinese-Canadian freelance illustrator based in Toronto, Ontario.

In an effort to avoid her mother's wishes to be an accountant, Yani pursued her childhood passion for visual arts studying illustration and design. With experience in 2D design, motion graphics, and mural painting, Yani enjoys creating work that finds the fantastical in the familiar by drawing from people, culture, travel, nature, and her own romantic daydreams.

My work ranges from editorial to narrative work; from educational to commercial design. I love working with others on large scale designs but I also have a soft spot for creating personal stories with zines and comics.
